Irish Charity, Self Help Africa Visit to Ndi Moyo

Recently, we were delighted to welcome Irish charity, Self Help Africa to see our Patient Support Group growing project and the clinic at Ndi Moyo in Salima. It's a leading international development charity with an expertise in small-scale farming and growing family-farm businesses. Chimwemwe Nyrienda, CFO for Ndi Moyo Palliative Care and PSG Leader, Fadwick Beaton led the presentation to Pauline Mbukwa, Learning and Communication Specialist SHA.

The Tuesday Trust is looking to see if there might be a way to work together on some of our much, much smaller scale projects - but which share common aims and ambitions. Self Help Africa is already working in Malawi on a combination of directly implemented and partner-led projects. The programme goal is to support smallholder farming communities to achieve sustainable livelihoods.

Many thanks to Ray Jordan and George Jacob from Self Help Africa for setting it up.
